Задаю свой каталог .android-build = $(TEMP)\DELPHI (аналогічно себя ведет і B:\TEMP\DELPHI )

при сборке получаю ошибку

[Exec Error] FGX.Delphi.Android.Targets(84): The command "gradlew app:build" exited with code 9009.

и такая структура каталогов после сборки

    После установки 1.16.5.0 обязательно нужно пересохранить настройки. в Tools->Options
