Maybe your picture is not a real 9-patch.

My Picture is a png created with paint.net (or Irfanview) 

what is 9-patch ?

If i use one of your png it works - so whats the difference ?

We are using 9-patch images for splashes. So you should use them too.

Technically, devices have different screen sizes. But you are going to show fixed bitmap. So this bitmap will be stretch with loose quality. For avoiding it, 9-patch is designed.

i converted my png to 9.png with Android Studio in my mac...

Important to know: you have to substract a Border of 1 Pixel to avoid Error Messages in Rad Studio. Android Studio adds an invisible Border of 1 Pixel to my "normal" png file.
