* TfgCollectionView:

  - The new method TfgCollectionView.IsScrollInTheEnd is added. This method checks whether the contents of the list are scrolled to the very end or not.
  - The new Padding property is added. It provides way for setting content padding.

* TfgForm:

  - Now when you close the app, all forms that are not visible on the screen are forcibly disposed.
